Senora Sparkman has been working with my son, now 7, for the past 18 months. During that time, he has thrived. His Spanish is better with each passing week and he feels increasingly confident in his skills. In addition to her in person group classes, he has taken her monthly art classes as well, which he loves! Now, he receives 1-on-1 tutoring online, which has gone fantastic. I had some initial hesitation, due to concerns about my son’s learning style, however he has not only enjoyed this way of learning, but excelled with this method. One of the features I love in addition to his twice weekly classes is that he also has access to online books (in Spanish, of course) as well as other online tools. Not only do we intend to keep our son enrolled with Spanish Nuts & Bolts, but I recommend the program to anyone who is interested in expanding their child’s Spanish proficiency.

Sra. Sparkman is an excellent teacher that has been teaching my kids in Spanish for the past 4 years. She is very flexible in her teaching method, adjusting to each kid’s needs, always encouraging, and makes learning fun. Senora Sparkman's Spanish class was a highlight of the week for my early elementary homeschooler. My son has enjoyed learning from Señora Sparkman! He feels he is understanding and speaking more of the language everyday! I very much appreciate Señora Sparkman’s flexibility. When my son was sick, she gave him extra days to complete his final test. As a parent, I love the extra credit assignments. She allows the child to have fun and be creative while still speaking the language.
